Neben unserer Präsenz an deutschen Flughäfen, sind wir am Potsdamer Platz in der Berliner Innenstadt mit einem neuen Retail-Gastro-Konzept 'Sweet Capital - sweets & coffee' vertreten. Für unseren Coffeeshop mit dazugehöriger Confiserie suchen wir jemand zuverlässiges als Leitung (m/w/d). Ready für eine Karriere #bywöllhaf? Was Sie erwartet?
- Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Geschäft am Point of Sale (Gastronomie und Einzelhandel)
- Gewährleistung von Produktsicherheit und Servicestandards, um die Zufriedenheit der Kunden sicherzustellen
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung des Sortiments und Speisenangebots
- Bestellungen, Inventuren und Monatsabschlüsse
- Einstellung neuer Mitarbeitenden und deren Weiterentwicklung durch Training und Motivation
- Optimale Personaleinsatzplanung und Aufgaben der Personalverwaltung

Was Sie mitbringen sollten?
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische / gastronomische Berufsausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Führungsqualitäten
- Eigeninitiative und Leistungs- sowie Entscheidungsbereitschaft
- Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägtem Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen
- Eine positive Ausstrahlung und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) sind zwingend erforderlich
